Hadleigh Physiotherapy can often offer same day appointments, and certainly within 24 to 48 hours. This is dependent on which Practitioner you require as some only consult from the clinic on given days.
Please call 01473 810185 to make an appointment, or email us at email@example.com
You will receive an email confirming the time, date, Practitioner and location of your appointment.
All new patients are required to complete a Patient Registration Form.
Home visits can be arranged for patients who are disabled or too ill to attend the practice. Please ring or email to enquire.
Pilates courses are run in termly blocks of 5, 6 or 7 weeks, approximately following the school term times. New clients can join a class by undertaking a 1:1 Pilates session with a Physiotherapist. This is to ensure their suitability to a class, that they understand the ‘principles’ and can do a baseline of exercise prior to joining an existing class.
A newsletter is sent out approximately 2 weeks before the end of each term informing the client of the new term dates. Advanced payment is required to secure a place in the next term, ‘Drop in’ sessions are available subject to space.
Refunds are not given for missed classes, but where possible an alternative class to catch up will be offered. The cost of a missed class cannot be used against other treatment sessions within the practice.
If due to unforeseen circumstances the class has to be cancelled, as much notice as possible will be given. A replacement session would be offered or the client will be credited towards the next term.
See our Pilates class schedule here.
Currently Hadleigh Physiotherapy accepts cash, cheques and bank transfers
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Hadleigh Physiotherapy Limited’
We are happy to invoice and receipt sessions, please ask at reception or email us.
Clients who book appointments at Hadleigh Physiotherapy Limited are required to give 24 hours advanced notice of their inability to attend, otherwise they will be charged in full for the appointment they fail to attend.
This policy is deemed necessary to avoid denying appointments to patients who may be on the waiting list.
Thank you for your understanding.
